Princess is a dedicated educator, program developer, and student success advocate committed to advancing equity and excellence for Black and historically underserved students. Her career spans education, program development, and global human resources, with experience across higher education, workforce development, and international engagement. She brings a global perspective to her work and is passionate about advancing culturally responsive practices that enhance the educational experiences of African American students.

Princess attended Bethune-Cookman University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology as an Imhotep Scholar, and Pepperdine University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Education and Psychology.
She joined the Umoja team in 2026.
